The Ultimate List of Educational Websites For Entrepreneurs

One of the advantages living in a world with internet? Access to information. If you feel like learning something, or learning just about anything at all, there’s probably a site out there just for you.

I’ve got a lot of favorite educational YouTube channels, and then there’s Lynda.com for some of my online courses.  The awesome people of FuckingHomepage.com, however, did us all a goddamn favor, and crammed all these learning websites into one handy infographic right here.

Media Sources Couples Use To Plan Their Weddings | An Infographic

While I see myself as a media and marketing guy, I’d also like to think I’m a consumer just like everybody else.  A regular consumer who is also subject to all kinds of advertising, bombarded with all sorts of sales pitches, and drowning in information from a myriad of channels– the internet, TV, billboards, print ads, store collaterals, even spammy SMS messages.

As far as planning a wedding goes, which media channels do couples use to find their wedding suppliers?  Here’s an infographic that breaks it down for us:

14 Tips To Control Costs On Your Wedding Day | An Infographic

One of the most important aspects of planning a wedding is the wedding budget. Even if you have loads of money to spend on your big day, you will want to get the most out of every peso you spend on your dream wedding.

In the Philippines, the average cost of a wedding these days is around Php600,000 to Php800,000. For a typical soon-to-wed couple, that means choosing which items on the list of wedding suppliers would be splurge items, and which ones would have to be more budget-friendly or value-for-money.

Here are a bunch of tips on how to control costs on your big day:

43 Penguin-Friendly SEO Tips | An Infographic

For those of you who don’t know– Google Penguin refers to a bunch of algorithm updates implemented by the search engine giant a few years back that puts a lot less emphasis on tips and tricks to boost search engine rankings, and a lot more emphasis on real, relevant, and quality content.

Simply put: if you were to create a website, you’ll want one that’s genuine and true-to-form, not a jacked up site with all sorts of bells and whistles for SEO’s sake.  This is good for real people who have a real passion to share their expertise (i.e. quality content), and bad for internet marketing hacks who use all sorts of practices deemed uncool by Google.

At any rate, here are 43 Penguin-friendly SEO tips for better blogging:
